Terms of Service

By using Planbok ("The Service"), you agree to these terms. We aim to be fair and transparent developers building for developers.

1. Service Boundaries

Planbok provides a managed Kubernetes namespace as a service.

  • We provide: The Control Plane, API availability, managing the underlying Nodes, Network Security, and Storage provisioning.
  • You provide: The application code, container images, and configuration (Manifests/Helm charts).

We are not responsible for bugs in your application code or data loss caused by your application logic.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for:

  • Crypto mining (CPU mining is strictly detected and blocked).
  • Hosting malware, phishing sites, or illegal content.
  • Scanning or attacking external networks.

Violation results in immediate termination.

3. Availability & SLA

During Beta, we provide the service on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high availability (>99.9%) and have implemented redundancy, we do not financially guarantee uptime SLAs for Free or Beta tiers.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscription cycles are 30 days. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are processed at our discretion for service failures, but not for partial months of unused capacity.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Planbok be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
