Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I miss a payment?
We offer a 15-day grace period where your services remain fully active. After that, your namespace is suspended (pods scaled to zero) but data is retained for 30 days.
Can I upgrade my nodes later?
Yes. You can add more nodes or change node types at any time. The new capacity is instantly credited to your quota.
Do you charge for control plane?
No. You only pay for the Worker Node capacity (vCPU/RAM) available to your namespace. The control plane management is on us.
Is the "Node" a real VM?
It is a Virtual Node quota. You get the dedicated resources (e.g., 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM) guaranteed by Kubernetes ResourceQuotas, but it runs on our shared bare-metal fleet for better performance than a cheap VPS.
